Welcome to the Communicating Bad News module.
This module consists of textual content, main points, opportunities for discussion, and a video case. Before beginning the module, you will complete a 4-item knowledge pre-test.
After this pre-test, you will go on to the module material. The content of each module is designed to be completed sequentially. Each page has a Next button at the bottom right which will get you to the next page. Clicking on a heading in the left navigation bar will allow you to see the content of different module sections, but not enter discussion forums.
After completing material in the module, there is a post-test consisting of knowledge questions and evaluation questions about the module. This post-test and evaluation is required for continuing education credit.
